Vintage WWII Polaroid Aviation Goggle Kit 1068. Great vintage kit.  Comes with original box, instructions, goggles, and 8 lenses total.  Box has wear appropriate for age and from use.  It is still fully intact and displays well.  The rubber on the goggles is still in good, pliable condition.  Some wear to the chamois lining.  Elastic head band is in good useable condition.  Most of the lenses appear unused.  Decent serviceable example.
